Spectacular mountain bike ride around Nose Hill!  The scenery was spectacular and also the people!    We warmed up by riding up the long ravine trail just south of Berkley Gate and then enjoyed a variety of trails and scenery around the park.  After that, the temperature was perfect.  We weren't the only ones out since we saw a large group of school kids (or was it 2 different groups?) out enjoying the park.
