How you can helpRide CoordinatorsA front-line volunteer opportunity to plan, post, stage, and carry out our rides. Coordinate 5 rides in a season and get a free membership for the next year. Contact: EVCC Learn MoreWe are currently looking for the following Board positions to fill: SecretaryBecome involved on the Executive Committee for EVCC as the Secretary for the club! The Secretary, or delegate, takes minutes for all Executive meetings, the Annual General Meeting and any Special General Meeting. In a case where the secretary cannot attend a meeting, a recording can be provided to the secretary for the purpose of preparing the minutes. The secretary makes sure that the agenda and previous minutes are provided before each meeting with enough time for other executive committee members to comment. The ideal candidate has good listening skills and takes pride in keeping accurate records.
