Guest Waiver Instructions

Welcome!  We are so happy that you are going to join us on one of our events.  As a non-member, you are allowed to attend 1 event as a guest, before we ask that you become a member.  Here are the instructions:

1.  Read the EVCC Guest Waiver below

2.  Fill out the required information and click 'Submit'

3.  The responses to the waiver will be emailed to you.  Please forward this email to guest@elbowvalleycc.org before you attend the event.
