Please note, to apply as an additional member, you must reside at the same address as the primary member attached to your account.

The process to add a family member is to create a new membership independent of the existing primary membership then select either additional member >18 or <18. When creating the additional membership, you will be asked to name the primary member on the application. There will be a day or two delay in approving additional family memberships.
