Well, the weather forecasts were pretty inaccurate, but 17 of us managed to have a wonderful fall ride to wear off some Thanksgiving feasts. It started off pretty cold, about 5 degrees (was supposed to be 13), but we got everyone warmed up by the time we were at the top of the Brown Lowery Park hill. There was a warning about 70 kph wind gusts sometime in the afternoon, and luckily that never happened while we were out, or while we enjoyed a tailgate visit after the ride. Instead, we enjoyed beautiful fall colours and great company on a pretty nice day for Oct 10.
