The weather was warm and sunny-very little wind.  Nine of us met at the library in Innisfail and cycled towards Dixon Dam.  There was very little traffic on the roads and the cycling was very pleasant.  We stopped for a break at the dam before continuing on to the Museum General store which was very interesting especially since it served ice cream.  We then  cycled to the Danish Museum and the Saga Restaurant.  This was a new experience for a few of the riders who were impressed by the beautiful grounds.  Lunch, coffee and desert on the patio before we returned back to Innisfail.  A really enjoyable day with splendid weather and company.
