We embarked  today from Millarville to enjoy the stellar spring weather on a 40 km loop in the country!  18 degrees when we got back!   Vic told me it was international pie day today (3.14) so we can all have some pie tonight!  

The roads were dry, with a bit of gravel on the shoulder, but not much worse than in the summer.     We enjoyed seeing the snow-covered mountains, horses and cows and beautiful Alberta countryside.

Only one person wore shorts on the ride (Vic), but several others thought they should have until the dogs came after him when they saw his bare legs.  haha

We had a great socially distant tailgate visit after the ride, and Stephen stole the show as he showed us how to walk the fashion catwalk with some jacket samples that Helen was showing, for clubwear.  

Great start to the road season!
