Beautiful fall weather-a little chilly in the morning but the temperature improved throughtout the day.  We stayed withing the 17 - 22 km range, well maybe a little bit over going down and under going up.  We stopped for lunch at Castle Jct before heading back to Banff. This is a ride worth doing especially without cars and there was a  lovely group of people to share it with.
