What a beautiful day it turned out to be for our ride today.  I always start out the ride with introductions and I ask the participants 'a favourite question'.  Today's question:  What is your favourite season?  Well, turns out a few of our participants like every season, a few like fall, many like summer, one person gave us his favourite 'seasoning' ha ha, and one person actually admitted to liking winter.  And only one of us, moi, has Spring as their favourite season, so apologies if I rave about great spring weather.

We had a great ride but did encounter a few sections with ice.  The longest section is right before the hill (the part of the bike path that doesn't see much sun).  There was a 6 ft ice section under one of the bridges and one ice section in fish creek.  All very manageable and with this beautiful spring weather we are having, should be gone in about one week (fingers xed).  

Pathways were a little bit busy - I guess I forgot that today was still a holiday, and Annie's was too busy to wait in line for coffee.  :(  Next time.
