Event - Fall Ride Banff to Johnston Canyon on 1A. Road is closed to car traffic at this time. Ride at your own pace.

Level: Easy-Intermediate 48.3 kms, 545m

Date & Time - Wednesday Sept 30th at 11:00 am start.

E-bikes - Yes

Description - We will start our ride from Banff train station and ride to Johnston Canyon, where we will stop for lunch. Bathrooms are available.

As this is an out and back ride, you may choose to turn around at any time.  But please get word to the coordinator if you choose to leave the group.

We may not have a sweep, so all riders should stay with at least with one other person.  

Please arrive 15 mins early so we can start our ride on time. Banff is asking cyclists to park at the new Banff Train Station Public Parking Lot located at 327 Railway Avenue as the Fenlands Recreation Centre parking is for users of that facility. The parking is free at the train station. Bathrooms are available as well. 

**Bring Bear Spray, lunch/snacks and water.

**A Banff park pass is required.
