Description:

A 102km ride from Springbank to Cochrane, Bearspaw and back via COP. There will be no sweep. We will cycle in a peloton sharing turns to pull at the front keeping a high tempo fast pace. Halfway in Cochrane we'll stop at the Cochrane coffee traders for drinks and snacks.
