We will start September rides at 6 to be back before sunset (~7:50 p.m. on Sept 15). 

Level: For advanced/experienced road riders, must be comfortable with paceline riding.

Distance: 40 km

Pace (2-3 groups):

• Advanced group(s) - 25-27+ kph average speed
• Advanced+ group - 28-30+ kph average speed (may be self-guided)

For advanced/experienced road riders, must be comfortable with paceline riding. Ride at your own pace on hill segments, regroup after each climb.

Elevation Gain: 350 m

A shorter route due to shorter daylight hours. 

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road (see route map for exact location).

Newcomers welcome. There will be good company and a social atmosphere. If you are unsure about the speed, pacelining format, and difficulty level of the ride, please contact the coordinator in advance.
