• Advanced+ group - 28-30+ kph average speed (may be self-guided)

For advanced/experienced road riders, must be comfortable with paceline riding. Ride at your own pace on hill segments, regroup after each climb.

Elevation Gain: 500 m

Includes a spin through Harmony, a side trip to Mountain River Estates, and a climb of the full Old Banff Coach Road. Fun finish down 101st street. 

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road (see route map for exact location).

Newcomers welcome. There will be good company and a social atmosphere. If you are unsure about the speed, pacelining format, and difficulty level of the ride, please contact the coordinator in advance.
