ROAD RIDE - Intermediate-relaxed pace

Coordinator: Christine Grotefield

Distance: 40km

Pace: 18-24 kms/hr

Elevation Gain: about 300 meters

Route is changed because Springbank Road is closed east of Hwy 22 so we will still meet at the soccer field but will do the ride I called earlier in the season to COP. We will ride along side roads to Old Banff Coach Road and cycle up to Patterson Heights for lunch before turning around.
