Join us for early season conditioning in Springbank! Tuesday Tuneup is a weekly interval training workout to kick start your season. 

We will stay on more sheltered roads and have fun on some hills.

This week's hill: West Ridge/Wild Rose Drive (goal: 5-6 repeats)

April weather can be unpredictable -- rides will go ahead if it's warm enough with safe conditions, i.e., not too cold, snowy, icy, wet, etc.

Please note, the roads usually still have some gravel on the shoulders and on corners at this time of year. 

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road. 24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z 3K2 (see route map for exact location).

Newcomers welcome. There will be good company and a social atmosphere.
