Apparently I was too optimistic with my description of spring weather below! Flurries and cold shall prevent our kick-off ride this week. Undeterred, we will hope things improve by next week! --Heather

Tuesday Tuneup is a weekly interval training workout to kick start your season. As the season progresses, we will switch to longer group rides throughout the beautiful roads of Springbank.
During early season in April, will stay on more sheltered roads and have fun on some hills. Your legs will thank you later -- whether you're getting ready for summer fondos, multi-day tours, or just riding for the joy of it!
This week's hill: West Ridge/Wild Rose Drive (goal: 4 repeats)
April weather can be unpredictable -- rides will go ahead if it's warm enough with safe conditions, i.e., not too cold, snowy, icy, wet, etc.
Please note the roads usually still have some gravel on the shoulders and on corners at this time of year.
Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road. 24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z 3K2 (see route map for exact location).
Newcomers welcome. There will be good company and a social atmosphere.
Sunset is 8:20 p.m. We will be back before dark!
