This is a hilly ride.  We climb up to Patterson Heights. This ride includes a tour of Patterson Heights and COP.  Start from Angel's cafe, cross the bridge and cycle up the hill towards Sarcee Trail, and off to Patterson Heights and then go south on Bow Trail to connect to the bike path along Sarcee trail and then on to Discovery Ridge. Tour of Griffith Woods on well maintained non-paved trails. Lunch at Discovery Ridge. Option to stop in Discovery Woods at the Donut Shop before continuing up the hill back along Sarcee Trail up to Battalion Heights.  We can meet for coffee at Angels after.  Weather on Friday will be warm.  This map is not quite accurate.
