Another try from Tuesday's Tour cancelled ride. A repeat ride on Calgary's pathways and streets. We start at the usual Bowmont Park location, along the Bow to the Confluence Historic Site and Parkland and then up the Elbow. A stop at the MNP Centre (nee Talisman) for washrooms and then a tour up the Elbow, around Heritage Park and then back home via 45 St. We will get to enjoy the new surface on the pathway between 29th St. and Crowchild and check on the pathway reconstruction at Sandy Beach as we ride the newly paved road.
Bring a lunch and we'll stop at Sandy Beach.
NOTE: if you want to avoid the climb at the end, you can meet us at Edworthy Park north side, by the washrooms at 10:15-10:20. If you want to do this, please register as usual and then email Doug at mcculloc52@hotmail.com so we know not to wait.
