Edworthy to Harmony return, Int to Adv, 56km, 482m, ChrisWillard

A Bit of Leg Labor on Labor Day

EVCC RIDE Rating = Intermediate to Advanced

We start in Edworthy, head through Bowness, through the park, up the switchbacks under Stoney, through Crestmont and out to Harmony. We return on approximately the same route.

Distance: 56 km

Pace:  Steady, 25-30 on flat roads.

Regroup at tops of hills and when necessary. There is a very short patch of dirt path by Harmony where the path picks up the road again. We'll alter the shown route slightly by a) going through the development and Springbank links golf course and b) avoiding the gravel by block-long road by heading back to Airport Road before turning in again to catch the Harmony path around the Harmony golf course and into Harmony.

Meet: at the corner of the Angels Parking lot, Edworthy Park (north side of the river) by the public restroom.  Wheels rolling at 12:00 noon.

Coffee stop in Harmony.
