This ride includes a tour of Patterson Heights and COP.  Start from Angel's cafe, cross the bridge and cycle up the hill towards Sarcee Trail, and off to Patterson Heights and then wend our way south on bike trails towards Griffith Woods where we will have a tour of the park on well maintained non-paved trails. Lunch at Discovery Ridge. Option to stop in Discovery Woods at the Donut Shop before continuing up the hill back along Sarcee Trail up to Battalion Heights.  We can meet for coffee at Angels.  This is a hilly ride.  Trip will be cancelled if smoke index is over 6.
