• While the trails are fairly non-technical for a Mountain Bike Ride, the  route is long and in a wilderness setting giving this ride an Advanced rating

• Expect short stops and long climbs.  Lunch will be back at the car

Description:

• Mountain Bike Ride on the High Rockies and Spray Lakes West trail.  We will travel clockwise so that most of the elevation gain is on the first half of the ride.

• Bring plenty of water as there are no potable waters stops along the way.  This is a high mountain tail, expect weather and bring appropriate layers and rain jacket.  Also pack enough food for about 4-5 hours of riding.
