Before returning to Calgary on Monday, join us to cycle Wardner Forte Steel Road.You may have missed this segment of the Kootenays Fondo if you did not cycle the full 152 km route.

The start of the ride has changed to the Fort Steele Heritage Town parking lot, just off highway 93. We have been given permission to use their parking lot and have been advised to start the ride here rather than at the Bull River Inn (which is closed Mondays).

This is an easy paced ride for those wishing a shorter distance at a relaxed pace. From the Fort Steele Heritage Town, we ride to the Wardner Fort Steele Road and follow it to the Bull River Inn at 25 km and return the way we came.
