Join us for a fast yet scenic ride through the rolling Alberta landscape. The area is known for its open skies and occasional winds, which might just help keep us cool on a hot summer day.

Depending on turnout, we may split into two groups:

• Advanced+  aka Espresso Pace (self-guided)

• Advanced    for the rest of us who enjoy a strong pace, steady wheels, and the occasional breath

We will regroup at major intersections and stop for snacks at Bottrel'sfor coffee at “Rosa’s” café or snacks/cold drinks from their general store.

After the ride, we’ll gather back at Mitford Park for FREE ICE CREAM!

Bring your post-ride smiles, a lawn chair, and come relax with the group.
