Its a long weekend, let ride (anywhere except the National Parks).  Let's ride to Coffee Traders in Cochrane.

Edworthy park will be crazy, so let's meet at Shouldice Park n Ride, gravel parking lot at south end of Home Road.  We will ride bike lanes through Bowness to COP/Crestmont, west Springbank Road and Airport Road, short sting along Hwy 22, then down to Coffee Traders in Cochrane. After refueling, we climb the Glen Eagles hill, take 262 back towards Calgary, decent through Tuscany, Scenic Acres, Silver Springs and Varsity to get back to Home Road. 

Pace is about 25kmh on flats, slower on climbs, fast on downhills. Section on Hwy 22 can be busy, but there is a nice wide shoulder.
