PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO START TIME TO GET YOU AND YOUR BIKE READY

We meet in the gravel parking area across the road from the Nanton Tim Hortons:

This is an introductory gravel ride ride suitable for bikes with treaded tires at least 32mm wide; no gravel riding experience required.  It's about the same technical difficulty as last Thursday's ride, but more physical effort due to it having 2.5 times the gravel and a third more elevation gain.  Effort-wise, last Thursday's ride was roughly like a 60km road ride, while this one is like a 75km road ride.  Contact me if you have any questions or for further information.

About halfway into the ride is an optional out-and-back hill climb called "Stephen's Wall".  Enjoy a rest and snack here, or join in and see how far you can get up the hill before stalling and falling off!
