Stretching & Roller Class with Tara McKay

Meeting place/parking:

Flanders Park in Altadore 

Vimy Way SW, parking is available on the street beside the park.

Come join a Stretching & Foam Roller Class in Flanders Park.  This class focuses on releasing tight muscles and facia. With cycling and other activities it is important to release tension and muscles to avoid injury. 

Please bring the following items:

 1. A yoga mat as we will be on grass and a towel will not be firm enough to stay in place. 

 2. A foam roller, full length, 3 feet long.

 3. Stretch cord with handles and/or a flat stretch band, these should be 4 to 6 feet long.

 4. Running shoes and a water bottle.   

Do not sign up if you have an injury, shoulder, back or abdominal tenderness, as we will be in the "plank" position often. 

Tara is a certified fitness trainer.

Remember to bring a "Big Smile"

Let's hope for blue skies as this event is weather dependent.
