E-Bikes allowed:  Yes as long as you don't mind giving a tow.

Description:

• Good introduction to gravel riding around Calgary. Don't let the pace fool you, this is an advanced ride.

• Shane Homes YMCA by the hockey rink on the north side of the property. There will probably be other cycling groups gathering there. I'll have my EVCC flag waving on the black minivan.

• Be aware of changing road conditions 

• Washroom facilities at the YMCA  

• Bring on bike snacks. No scheduled stops but we will regroup at major intersections. We will be finishing around dusk so bring a front and rear light wouldn't be a bad idea. This will change as the days get longer.

• There should be full cell coverage for this ride 

• A little late for tailgating (ie. past my bedtime).
