Level: For advanced/experienced road riders, must be comfortable with paceline riding.

Distance: 50 km

Pace:  25-27+ kph - Ride at your own pace on hill segments, regrouping after each climb

Elevation Gain: 500+ m

Warmer weather and longer evenings have arrived -- that means it's time to stop doing hill repeats and start doing some beautiful scenic rides around Springbank! In keeping with the "hilly" theme, every week will take us to one or more climbs in the area.

Ride as hard as you like on the hills -- make it intense, challenge some Strava segments, or just enjoy the views. 

This week's hills: Springbank Heights, Emerald Bay, and the full Old Banff Coach Road climb. Fun finish down 101st street! 

Parking spot is the Eden Brook Funeral Home, off Lower Springbank Road (see route map for exact location).

Newcomers welcome. There will be good company and a social atmosphere. If you are unsure about the speed, pacelining format, and difficulty level of the ride, please contact the coordinator in advance.
