Distance - Pace - 25 kms - 15 - 20 km/hr

Rating: Intermediate - 200 m elevation gain..

Route - Varsity - John Laurie pathway E to 14 St - N to pathway to climb up Nose Hill - continue across the hill on pathway to the Brisebois exit & loop back through Dalhousie - Silver Springs to start. Great city views. Pathway on the hill of about 8 km is a pebbly rougher surface but no loose gravel.

E- bikes welcome.
