Level: For advanced/experienced road riders -- must be comfortable with paceline riding as a group.

Pace:  25-30 kph average speed. Average speed refers to the overall speed for the ride, including hills. We usually finish 50 km in under 2 hours.

Description:

This is ride from Rocky Ridge YMCA to Cochrane, stopping at Coffee Traders for a snack before heading back to Calgary. 

Parking spot is the Shame Homes YMCA at Rocky Ridge. Meet in the NW corner of the parking lot, 15 minutes prior to the ride start.

Newcomers welcome, however please contact the coordinator in advance if you are unsure about your skill or fitness level for the ride.

There will be good company and a social atmosphere.
