Meet at Cochrane Good Earth Coffee Shop, Bow Street at Centre Ave., The Quarry.

68 Km ride. 433 M climb. As group ride through Cochrane to intersection of Horse Creek Rd and Hwy 1A.  Turn left onto Hwy 1A and ride on the shoulder to Grand Valley Rd.  Turn right and ride to the end of he pavement on Grand Valley Rd.

Return on Grand Valley turning left at Township road 280. 

Turn right onto Horse Creek Road for the return ride. 

Coffee at Good Earth after event.
