RIDE - LEVEL: Intermediate, for climbing and descending

Pace: 20kph on flat, slower going up, faster coming down,

Elevation Gain: 301 m

E-Bikes allowed: Yes, but plan for switch backs and steep descents.

Ride objective: A fresh fruit milkshake or the Bowness Burger at Angels Drive-in. (Not Angel's Cafe.)

Working up an appetite:

This is a short ride, with steep climbs (max 9%) and exhilarating descents (max. 14%).

We will traverse a variety of terrain: cycle tracks through Montgomery, pathways through Bowmont and Bowness Parks, and quiet residential roads of Silver Springs, Scenic Acres and Bowness.
