Distance: 66km. Some road riding as we circle the lake. Majority of the ride is on the canal pathway out and back.

Pace: 24+kph on flats, depending on wind. No sweep, some regrouping at the road gates.

Elevation Gain: Flat

We leave from Bottomlands Park, at 7th Ave and St. Georges Ave.
