Distance: 79 km, plus a 3km side trip at end for Ice Cream!!!

Pace: 25+ km on flats, less up the hill, more downhill

Elevation Gain: 800m

E-bikes: If it is windy, you have to pull

Meeting place: Shouldice Park & Ride lot (bottom of Home Road, south of entrance to sport fields, there are two dirt lots) 

We will warm up with a fw km through Bowness to COP. Up Crestmont to Banff Coach Road, across Hwy 1, ride some loops before taking Airport Road west, turn before Hwy 22, come back on south side of Hwy, back through Crestmont to start. Once we get to the start, it is 3km of busy bike path to Lic's for Ice Cream!

Safety: There are no services on this ride. The shoulders are narrow in places.
