Meeting place: Garmin Canada offices - your bike computer is probably programmed to find it! Park at the west end of lot, north side of pump track.

We will warm up with 5km of residential roads in Cochrane, to the bottom of Horse Creek, 5 km west along Hwy 1A gets us to Grand Valley Road. We go up Grand Valley to the road, on the way back we take Horse Creek Road, cool down on same residential roads. Optional Apres at Canadian Brewhouse in the mall (great patio!). Map says its partially gravel, but it isn't. 

Safety: There are no services on this ride. The shoulders are narrow on Grand Valley Road and Horse Creek Road. We will have to ride 5km along busy Hwy 1A.
