2:00 start time!!! (fixed). 

Up and Down fun...

Edworthy Park up and around Springbank then return.  All downhill on the way back!

Coordinator: Chris and Laurel

Distance: About 38k

Pace: 27-30 kph on flats with no wind. Slower on the climbs. - Advanced and Intermediate. Regrouping at top of climbs.

Elevation Gain: 395 m

E-Bikes allowed:  Yes

Meeting place/parking:  East side of Angel's Cafe. Please be on time. Wheels on the ground at 2:00 sharp. The is free parking.

Route: Mostly road riding, a short segment of the pathway. 

Enjoy a brisk but social pace, regrouping at key intersections and milestones.
