Distance/elevation/pace: 35 kms - 400m -15-20km/hr

Rating: Intermediate - climbing

Route - Varsity - climb through Edgemont to Nose Hill - down to Beddington & back up around Nose hill via 14St to John Laurie & over to view Silver Springs botanical garden & back to start. Majority of travel on pathways but some on roadways with traffic. Bring lunch or snacks & will stop along John Laurie & the botanical garden area.

E - bikes welcome.
