Bowmont Park Smell the Roses MTB, Easy, 10km, 100m, ChrisGuilbeault

We will meet at Baker Park 200 Scenic Bow Place NW at 6.00 pm, ride for approximately 1 hour from Baker Park east to Bowmont Park, over the first bridge, a short residential strip, the only technical feature (a short hill with bridge and 90 degree turn onto the path into Bowness Park) and another bridge. Riding time 1 hour.

The trail has a few small hills, is half paved, half gravel, some forest but mostly we follow the Bow River. 

We will do a slow easy manual bike pace, and regroup after the fun hills.  

Riders should follow bell protocol and that means you need to have a working bell on your bike and use it to pass walkers, dogs, chickens (yes I have seen a chicken at Baker Park) and other cyclists.

Bring water and snacks to share.
