Food and Beverages supplied by the EVCC!
The only available site is first come, first serve so we need a small contingent of volunteers to take turns to occupy site 1 starting at 11AM for 1 hour segments. When you register, if you are available to help occupy site 1, use the pull down menu to select a time*.
Don't miss our annual BBQ in the Park! This is a great chance to enjoy some Smokies and beverages and exchange cycling stories. Meet new people and reunite with old friends. If you are new to the club, this is a great opportunity to meet other members.
Bring your own stick for roasting hotdogs and marshmallows over the fire. If you want to help the environment, please also bring your own plate, cup or water bottle and utensils. (There will be disposable ones available as well in case you don't bring your own). You may also want to bring a folding chair since there is limited seating. Food and beverages are supplied by the club. We will be providing some vegetarian options.
Also, bring some bug spray in case the bugs are out.
This event will be weather dependent. (I'm sure it will be great.)
