Distance:  50 km

Pace: 15-20 km

Rating:  Easy to intermediate , mostly flat with a couple of hills, bike pathway's and roads.

Directions : Highway 2 north to exit 368 into Innisfail, turn right at stop sign go to big green sign that say Sylvan lake turn right thru traffic circle continue North  then turn left onto Memorial Trail, turn right at the Canso gas station  which is Lake way BLVD to play ground sign, turn left into  parking lot  bathrooms at the end of parking lot.

The driving time is about 10 minutes more than going to Red Deer, you can also google Leader field and it should give you directions.
