Meet at Confluence park also known as West nose Creek park at Beddington trail and Beddington Blvd N.W. It is on the Nose Creek trail. Bike to Carburn park bring a picnic lunch and liquids.

Speed: 15- 25 Km

Elevation : 300 -+ 1 steep hill at Beaver dam flats.
