Zone 2 ride through town and on pathways, Road Ride

Zone 2 means that we are doing a steady pace, one is exerting energy but one can still talk normally. This is our zone two, so intermediate may find it too quick. But if you want to push to keep up, all good too. Zone two is tough conceptually for people who always want to push up hills, our goal is steady, not rush.

We will stop for coffee half way.

E-bikes OK.
