Meet at Midford Ponds parking area.  Just south of the new Ramada Building & Chevrolet Car Dealership and north of the river on the west side of Hwy22.  There are washroom facilities and picnic tables for a social after.

Be ready to ride at 09:30am. The day looks lovely with calm winds, sunshine and temp of 23’C.  We will be back in plenty of time before the risk of afternoon showers.

Ride begins at Midford Ponds and goes along the path system before joining Quiggly Drive and heading west to Heartland area.  Then we head north to Hwy 1A (lights) where we turn left onto highway 1A.  Head west and turn north on Grand Valley Road.  At the 4 way stop of Township Road 280, we will regroup.  We will continue north on the Grand Valley Road extension, cycling it to the end where we will regroup again.  Then head back to the 4 way stop for an additional 17 kms. We will regroup briefly at the 4 way stop again.  East on Township Road 280 and south on on Horse Creek Road (another 4 way stop).  

Safety:

• There are no services on this ride.  Bring sufficient food and water.
• The shoulders are narrow on Grand Valley Road and Horse Creek Road.
