Description

The weather forecast for Tuesday is not great, but it's Calgary.  If the probability of rain goes higher, I will cancel late MONDAY or before eight on Tuesday.

This loop, suggestd by new member, Martin, starts on the west end of Fish Creek Park and travels the length of the creek and then crosses over the Bow for a loop past McKenzie and then back over the new pedestrian bridge below Stoney Trail and back into Fish Creek Park. (see the map for detail)

The route includes a stop at Annie's, of course, where you can purchase food or enjoy your own lunch.  

A couple of pre-rides have found some flooding but nothing more than a "feet up" depth.  If detours need to be made, the route can be shortened at some points to make up for unplanned tours. 

This can also be a challenging ride if there is a strong west wind but otherwise it's pretty easy.  Nevertheless, dress for the weather possibilities.  Always pack at least a spare tube.  We will spread out as we ride but will regroup at pinch points - no one will be left behind.
