Distance: 50 Km (58km if you do the Cochrane hill)

Pace: 25 to 28++kph

Elevation Gain: 250m (or 623m with Cochrane hill)

Meetup for an evening ride from the Rocky Ridge Y, nw to 262, to Lochend and Glendale Roads, then continue west on 262 for a regrouping at Cochrane's traffic lights. The hill is optional depending upon the remaining day light. Return via 262.
