        ROAD RIDE - ADVANCED DISTANCE, HILLS AND PACE

Distance:              160.9km 
Pace:                      25kph+
Elevation Gain:  1599m
Ride format:       No sweep, limited stops

Description:       Canada day ride.  Canada is 154 years old, let's stretch it out to 160.9, making a century ride. If you want, please wear Canadian colors.

Starting from Canmore visitor's centre on Legacy trail, then enjoying the Bow valley parkway with no vehicles and continuing to Lake Louise. Return the same way.

Parking and meeting spot:  Canmore Visitor's Centre

Arrive between 8:00 and 8:15 a.m.
Pre-ride huddle and safety moment at 8:15am
Wheels rolling at 8:30 a.m.  
Out of respect for those who arrive on time, we won't wait for latecomers.
Fuel stops
1) At 53km - snack stop at Castle junction 

2) At 80km - lunch stop at Lake Louise village 

3) At 107km snack stop at Castle junction on a return

Apres-ride tail gate back at Canmore visitor's centre.
