Elbow Valley spring into spring redux

Distance: 24 k elev. 130 m

Pace:  18-23 kph when no wind is present 

This route was ridden last Friday and roads are almost 100% clear and dry.

The map is reasonably accurate but the plan is take a couple of side bars to get a little more distance and a tiny hit of a climb.

This ride is intended for those of us who would like to have an outdoor ride hopefully in the sun.

Travel west on Highway #8 cross the river and turn left at the traffic lights giving access to Lott Creek Blvd. At the T intersection turn left and park along the shoulder of the road a short distance east of the intersection.

The distance we ride can be shortened by turning back anywhere along the mostly out and back route. Please let a group member know if you decide to turn back early. If we would like to get a bit more distance feel free to add an additional repeat of the loop at the west end. 

We can enjoy the view of the Rockies across an open grain field while travelling along the most westerly length of the turn around loop.

Of course a tailgate gathering at safe social distances will occur at the conclusion of the ride weather permitting so don't forget to bring nibbles, a beverage and a seat.
