Please familiarise yourself with the route beforehand

Wheels hit the road at 10:30 am SHARP, so be there 15 minutes early (10:15 am) to prepare for departure

Must have a road bike in good working order . Must be able to at least fix a flat tire.

Lunch/break will be at or near the Good Earth Restaurant in Cochrane, You may bring your own lunch or purchase it at Good Earth.
