Up and Down, about 40k, Springbank, COP, chris

Fun Ride -- Ride leader: Chris Willard

Meet on North side of Edworthy, hospital side, by restrooms and Angels cafe. Wheels rolling at 1:00 please.

40k about 300-400 meters of elevation if I recall.

Moderate pace. No sweep but will wait at top of climbs and at major turns to regroup.

Moderate to Advanced. Pace about 30k on flats with no wind. 

Up COP along Springbank, maybe along 85th and around on lower Springbank then back up Old Banff Coach Road, probably including Escarpment and back along Springbank and down COP.  (Edworthy is under construction so we'll avoid that). No worries we'll regroup at times.

It seems warmish and there may be some wind but nothing like yesterday.
