From the Confederation parking lot off 30th Avenue NW follow Capri to Dalhousie going underneath Sarcee. Coffee at the Good Earth in Crowfoot. Return through Scenic Acres, Varsity Drive and the Confederation pathway.

from Confederation Park ascend on pathways to the 14th Street NW summit and regroup - 7km
turn right, east, on Berkshire Blvd descending across Beddington Blvd NW to plummet into the Nose Creek canyon - 5 km
south on the Nose Creek pathway across the Bow River for a snack at the Simmons Building. If you want coffee or pastry, the booths are in the middle of a busy building, so wear your mask - 16 km
cross back to Bridgeland and climb up to Crescent Heights for a city view, curving around to 10th Street NW and back to Confederation Park - 8 km
